The moment Minato notes his opponent leap in to the air he prepares to react, timing his movements perfectly so that as the first embers of flames are released from the enemies mouth he slams his hands on the ground causing a large amount of water to form 1 meter in front of his enemy colliding with the blaze ball and covering his opponent in dense thick steam leaving him unable to see Minato.

Key word "Learning" and "Chidori"
Not mastered and chidori spear, and also for clarity sasuke has used chidori spear and sword and direct chidori on water.

He hit suigetsu with chidori and covered himself and bee in water and it only shocked B.
