before the start of the fourth great ninja war yamato was taken hostag by the creepy kabuto and was also later shown merged with the inconciouse hashirama,what if some how yamato manages to absorb that inconciouse hashi,and became stronger so that his jutsu would be stonger and will have more stamina personally i think he will be more intresting and useful that way since he is not dead yet.
