The word "plothole" is quickly loosing meaining in this fanbase
I'm noticing the same people keep crying about plotholes, yet don't actually know what a plothole really is.
-A plothole is an event in a story that contradicts previously established rules and CANNOT be explained. An event occurring that other details provided in the work simply do not allow.
In other words, if it can be easily explained or does not break the in-universe rules it is not a plot hole.
2nd Point: Plothole=/=Continuity error.
A lot of people bring up Minato's head being on the hokage mountain before before he was made hokage is a plothole . No, this is called a continuity error. This is a small background detail that doesn't impact the plot. It being a continuity error is also shaky accusation, considering we don't know when Minato was named hokage.
The biggest problem with I see with fans is that we start making up our own facts about the manga, despite never being confirmed and then assume that are canon despite not being so. Before you start crying plothole make sure you know what you are saying, and not claiming so because you starting creating non-existent facts.

perhaps, if you think so. But here's an example I see: Someone says Minato's head on the mountain in 599 is a plothole. Why? "Minato wasn't named hokage until after the 3rd shinobi war." But where was that ever stated?

depends who you ask. To some yes, to others, it's in the same level as that one panel where Pain was wearing a leaf headband, a minor error.

But it is true that Minato wasn't named Hokage until after the Battle of Kanabi bridge, and the chunin exams obtio participated in took place before that.

I can agree, continuity errors are just simple mistakes that usually occure when Kishi makes an action just because he is used to making it in a typical drawing (Minato's head has always been on the wall so he probably did it without thinking. Or the Pain with a Konoha band...he draws Konoha headbands all the time)
I honestly haven't seen too many plothole issues know that Obito's survival has been established. The only other one wad Madara Comming back as a hound man, but Kabuto already explained it was a body that had been expiramented on.
So really I can't think of anymore true plotholes
