Ok, let's get to it. (copy...paste ) Follow me onto this lake over here. While standing on the lake you will need to emit more chakra from the bottom of your feet than usual so you hover over the water. Once you've done that just emit streams of chakra from the back and sides of your feet to act as a propellant. Once you are mobile, skate your way back onto land and make sure your feet aren't touching the ground to prevent any resistance that could slow you down.
