I have the feeling that the song is not called run away, even though the word is used in the song often.
Cause i have been searching through loads of songs with the name run away.

When i can choose between slow medium and fast, i would say medium most of the time with a few slow parts and fast parts.
Between slow and fast, i would say slow.

I am usually not really into this type of music, so i wouldnt really know.

Maybe popgenre, but almost anything can be in that category lol.
The song is really vocal. I mean with this, that the the music is quite in the background, compared to the female singer.
No band that plays with her most likely. More computer/keyboard type of music sounds.
No clear beat, drum etc either (unless really in the background as well).
