WHite zetus said something about the Mist's "Guinea Pigs" being involved in kakashi and Rin's fight...



And danozu, Oro's accomplice does seem to be involve din the mist incident since it was his ideals that were being enforced...



And even Oro called Yamato a "Guinea Pig" as a part of the hashirama DNA experiment... Where Oro was implanting Hashirama's DNA in kids...



SO it seems that for some reason, there could have been more survivors of the experiments then thought possible and it is all connected to the mist as well...

Yagura being a survivor makes perfect sense with his ability to control his bijuu completely just as hashirama and madara did before him... But without any SG eye's that only leaves one other possibility...

SHisui known for having hashirama-like chakra too and Kotoamatsukami would obviously be another survivor too I would imagine...

There is no telling how many other survivors there are of the experiment...

If the zetsu, plant people of hashirama's cells and power... Can communicate telepathically... Then it is plausible that practical mind control could be used with the same power IMO...



If there were some people who were implanted with hashirama's cells to give them his power... Allowing them to use telepathy with each other... Then the use of telepathy not to communicate, but to implant ideas and suggestions for mind control is plausible...
Which could explain how yagura was controlled by obito, someone with hashirama's power and the ability to use telepathy with his Poo free zetsu body wrap suit...

Obito actually could have been controlling yagura with Kotoamatsukami... But AO did see through an illusion placed on yagura which was believed to be shisui's koto genjutsu... So it still applies here as well, somehow...
