Byakuya has long black hair and ash grey eyes. He keeps his hair in kenseikan, which signals his nobility. He wears a long black robe with a white robe-looking jacket over top. He aslo sometimes wears a scarf that blows in the wind gracefully. These are made from windflower white silk which is a family heirloom.

Personality:

Byakuya acts in an aristocratic manner. Always seeming calm and collected. As if nothing could bother him, he acts apathetic towards others even when in ddep emotional turmoil. To some he would come off as arrogant. When in battle he hardly ever considers his opponents on the same level as him. Byakuya strongly believes in the enforcement of law and order. If placed in a high position he believes if he should not have to follow rules then who should, hence the reason he is so focused on maintaining it.

Background Info.
History: Byakuya was an orphan who was found one day at the gates of konohagakure. He was then placed in an orphanage until the age of ten. At the age of 9 he met the 3rd hokage for the first time. He always loved how Hiruzen had created such a peaceful village. How he always seemed to follow the rules. He modeled himself after the 3rd Hokage. Only he took on a more law-abiding approach. He upheld even the most simple of laws to a tee. As he grew he became a strong and beautiful ninja. Always admired by the ladies for his long black hair and facial features. He was always ignored by others because of his somewhat arrogant attitude. He only came off that way because he was so focused on making sure the rules were followed. He was a very succesful ninja quickly becoming a chuunin, then shortly after a full fledged Jounin. After Hiruzen's death he became even more focused on upholding the laws, blaming the reason of hiruzen's death on the fact that laws had been broken. And that if they hadn't his best friwnd would still be alive. He strives to become the new Hokage, vowing to avenge his friend's death and uphold the laws of Konoha.
