Can Minato handle Madaras meteorite techs ?

Sure, if it can teleport a TBB, a rock isn't a problem. I guess it depends on the size limits of the barrier seal.

That said, it would seem like an awful waste of chakra to try and move the rock when he could just teleport himself.

U saw that Minato did not lose any chakra after that TBB from Kurama, yes he used some chakra to do that, but he's the fourth hokage after all.

He has thousnads of kunai placed in many places...For Minato to teleport away, it's like blinking an eye...That's why he's Leaf's Yellow Flash...
