Kakashi's sharingan dosent have the ST power. Obito's one had. Dont ask me why.
Obito used ST without knowing to save himself from rocks. Kakashi has never used it with or without consciousness
With ^ Stamina he would be able to spam Kamui a bit more and that would perhaps make him very strong, ot to mention his famed 1000 copied techniques but still he wont beat guys like Minato or BM Naruto Even Itachi for that matter.

Kakashi was at the beginning of the series one of the most strong characters, Kishi created Kakashi to be a genius (master of the 1000 jutsus), a character to be very famous (Sharingan Kakashi) and powerful (recognize to be at Kage level at age 29), but, Kishi decided to give him a huge handicap, Kakashi had a low stamina, so low that he could only use the sharingan for a short period of time, and could only use chidory 3/4 times.

Recognizing the huge handicap/mistake that Kishi made (everyone improve stupidly in power and stamina), Kishi re-invented Kakashi, by now he can use easily the sharingan, use the mangekyu/kamui very fast at Uchiha level (faster then Obito himself) and use chidori over then 5/6 times.

By now Kakashi became the strongest LIFE ninja alive (Naruto kyubi and s6p mode not included).

In my opinion, Kakashi could, and this is my opinion, became the strongest of all, IF, and I emphasize the "IF", he could master the Obito's Kamui Space-Time Ninjutsu. If he master that technique, with Kakashi brains became the strongest character of Naruto World, but, because this show is call NARUTO,, I think Kakashi will not master Obito technique.

In my Opinion; Kakashi + stamina + Space-Time Ninjutsu > all ninjas.

You can give kakashi more stamina to cast his op move, but you still have characters who will beat him with their op move. Ex. Naruto, sasuke, itachi, minato, nagato, obito, raikage, shisui, danzo, kabuto, bee, etc. Also one major difference between all this ninjas and kakashi, they have the stamina to cast their strongest move.
