You need both eyes AND amateratsu and tsukuyomi. Tobi told Gaara that a sharigan that can activate even Susanoo is a rarity. This means that you need special requirements beyond just the MS.

Most of NB seems to not understand this. Think about this, if Shisui had Susanoo then do you really think Daznou at that time could stand any type of chance vs him? He would need a army to fight that.

Not everyone who awakens MS obtains Susano. Susano is rare even among the mangekyo users

He never did Susano. We dont know can he do Amaterasu or Tsukuyomi. You must awaken these techniques then you can do Susano and not every MS user can.

Rare in that of the four MS users we've seen, three of them have it and one of them might if he had both eyes. Real rare.

Maybe he does have a special version of Susano'o since he has both eyes now and one happens to have the rinnegan awaken, so let's just wait and see. ;D

Awakening susanoo is extremely rare, you need to have amaterasu in one eye and Tsukuyomi in the other can you awaken it. Obito does NOT have susanoo. He has access to his unique space-time justu Kamui. That is his MS technique. Not every uchiha with the MS can awaken susanoo.

think it would be awesome for obito to take back his gift from kakashi since he didnt hold up his end of the bargain, but he has the rinnegan so dont think he would be willing to give that up..

Baka, we clearly see that madara use susanoo with his rinnegan it's in the chapters, and each uchiha has there abilities. For example itachi and sasuke are parents it's normal they got the same abilities amaterasu and tsukoyomi, shishi got another one the kotoamaterasu and obito the space time jutsu. The susanoo varies from their uses you clearly see that itachi sasuke susanoo are different and madara also. I think obito can use susanoo but have not find it nessesary to be use until now. In the battle between obito and naruto,bee,kakashi and gay he has not yet attack seriously he have use jinchuriki the mezo statue and only fade in the other dimension. Obito is not showing he's full power yet.

Comparing it to Shisui is failing though, since we have no knowledge of how it happened. Even the strongest shinobi, can have a weak moment. Anyway beside of that you are right, but just cause obito says it is rare, it doesn't prove it's impossible without ameterasu and tsukyomi. Madara for instance is yet to prove that he has either

U guys r so slow... If u need the Tsukoyomi and Amaterasu to use Susanoo, y does Sasuke have it? He definitely doesn't have Tsukoyomi

uhh What if Obito actually had both of his eyes? he'd be sooo OP ,Kamui from a distance ,and possibly Amars ,Tsuk and Susanoo
