Lets be serious. Chibaku Tensei takes time to prepare, which leaves him vulnerable while he attempts to run away and give himself time. Sasuke can spam Amaterasu arrows-which rules out Bansho Tennin, b/c that would make dodging the arrow virtually impossible- and his Shinra Tensei is too slow to continually repel said arrows. Orochimaru could also, along w/ Jiraiya, Tsunade, Hiruzen, Kakashi, Naruto, Gai, Kisame, Deidara, Kakuzu, Itachi, Kabuto w/ Sage Mode & Mod's, Obito/Tobi, Third/4th Raikage would absolutely destroy him, Oonoki, Muu, Gaara, Mei (Maybe), 2nd Mizukage, Bee, the list goes on...
