Roy Mustang is the very picture of an attractive, sophisticated man in the prime of life. With his dark, piercing eyes and clean-shaven, baby-faced visage, the infamous shinobi attracts a great deal of attention from admirers. Roy's dark hair - perhaps in keeping with his persona - is worn casually unkempt, falling over his eyes; in more formal or somber situations, however, he is known to wear it neatly slicked back.

A great fan of classy attire, Mustang is rarely seen out of uniform (and even while in uniform will often don other impressive accoutrements, such as a long, black overcoat and white formal-wear gloves), but when dressed in civilian clothes, he appears rather partial to the three-piece suit and black tie (frequently coupled with classic scarves, polished dress shoes and the aforementioned overcoat and gloves). It may be interesting to note that Roy tends toward dark or neutral colors in his dress, such as dark blue, brown and black tempered with minimal white.



Personality
On the surface, Roy seems to be a shallow and self-absorbed man, infamous among many of his colleagues and subordinates alike for the selfish and narcissistic aura he gives off. Easily arrogant, Mustang is wont to act in an ostentatious manner and appears to act mostly out of self-interest rather than any sort of philanthropy. He comes off to most as a sort of cocky layabout, shirking most of his duties and delegating his paperwork to subordinates while sitting idly at his desk with an amused smile on his face as he procrastinates, but quick to take action when it appears that there is glory and military notoriety to be gained. Roy is expertly manipulative and prone to think several steps ahead of those around him, giving him a remarkable talent for making subordinates act exactly as he wishes despite appearing not to have had a hand in their decisions - all traits which make the fact that he has managed to attain the lofty rank of colonel at such a young age a matter of public gossip.

Roy also has the reputation of being an incorrigible womanizer, and it's said he spends much of his time cavorting about town with various women and wooing several of the servicewomen with his abundant charm, good looks and charisma. This adds another facet to his unpopularity among the enlisted men, many of whom have had their sweethearts and crushes romanced away from them by his hand.

However, while these traits do have a place in his real personality, much of his outward persona can perhaps be considered an intentional façade perfectly designed to cause those unfamiliar with him to underestimate his remarkable intelligence and ability. Mustang is an exceptional tactician, well-versed in various strains of combat theory and particularly talented in the realms of surreptitious information-gathering, covert operations and enemy ensnarement.

At the core, he is a remarkably devoted commander whose primary focus and personal duty is to his friends and subordinates. Though he hides it well behind a veil of cynicism and self-importance, Roy Mustang is a man who cares deeply about the people who trust and support him and goes to great lengths to ensure their safety and well-being, even at the risk of his own. As a man with considerable power, Mustang considers himself a protector to those without and acts accordingly, earning the staunch loyalty of his most trusted compatriots.

Unfortunately, his self-imposed position as protector has caused him to display a penchant toward stubbornness in regards to his pride on the field and a fiery temper, both of which have been shown to cloud his judgment in certain situations.

Background: Kung Fu being the first styles of martial and also reformed as the deadly was made a long long time ago. It was from a man who had trained in the way of fighting from a very young age. His way of fighting was unorthodoxed, taking bits and pieces of many different styles and using them all in one fight. It was revered as a legend in the fighting world and on his death they asked him what his styles were called and with his last breath he slowly uttered the words "Kung Fu" and then past.
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: kung fu are a number of fighting styles that have developed over the centuries in China. These fighting styles are often classified according to common traits, identified as "families" , "sects" or "schools" of martial arts. Examples of such traits include physical exercises involving animal mimicry, or training methods inspired by Chinese philosophies, religions and legends. Styles which focus on qi manipulation are labeled as internal (内家拳, nèijiāquán), while others concentrate on improving muscle and cardiovascular fitness and are labeled external (外家拳, wàijiāquán). Geographical association, as in northern and southern , is another popular method of categorization.The genesis of Chinese martial arts has been attributed to the need for self-defense, hunting techniques and military training in ancient China. Hand-to-hand combat and weapons practice were important in training.

There are many different styles to Kung Fu such as -Kung Fu Style: Chángquán - 长拳長拳
The forms of the Long Fist style emphasize fully extended kicks and striking techniques, and by appearance would be considered a long-range fighting system. In some Long Fist styles the motto is that "the best defense is a strong offense," in which case the practitioner launches a preemptive attack so aggressive that the opponent doesn't have the opportunity to attack. Others emphasize defense over offense, noting that nearly all techniques in Long Fist forms are counters to attacks. Long Fist uses large, extended, circular movements to improve overall body mobility in the muscles, tendons, and joints. Advanced Long Fist techniques include qin na joint-locking techniques and shuai jiao throws and takedowns.[citation needed]
The Long Fist style is considered to contain a good balance of hand and foot techniques, but in particular it is renowned for its impressive acrobatic kicks.[citation needed] In demonstration events, Long Fist techniques are most popular and memorable for their whirling, running, leaping, and acrobatics. Contemporary changquan moves are difficult to perform, requiring great flexibility and athleticism comparable to that of gymnastics.
Long Fist's arsenal of kicks covers everything from a basic front toe-kick to a jumping back-kick, from a low sweep to a tornado-kick.

Description: The user from mid-range(or short) Quickly dashes in front of the opponent, to the opponent to his surprise and assumes the crane stance where he then jumps and kicks the opponent in the chin with the upper most top part of his foot. The opponents head will be forced upwards and thats when the user quickly dashes around the opponent, ending up behind him. Where he then delivers a strong kick to the opponents side, connecting his shin to opponents rib cage. The user then dashes around the opponent again, back to front and kicks them dead in the chest with a chakra infused foot. Quickly incapacitating the opponent or among certain situations brings upon death.
*This can only be attempted twice per battle.
*Can only be landed once.
* Since the user uses all of his speed, he is exhausted and can only preform two jutsus in the next turn.

A style of Chinese martial arts known for its gripping techniques, system of joint locks, takedowns, and pressure point strikes, which is representative of Chinese grappling known as Chin Na.

Description: Once the target physically attempts to kick or punch you, you will use your upper body strength, andspeed to grab the opponents limb. Once you've got ahold of the limb, you will harshly twist it untill the bone is completely broken or out of place.

A concept-based Chinese martial art and form of self-defense utilizing both striking and grappling while specializing in close-range combat.

Description: In a close range battle, or during hand to hand combat, the user will pull both of his/her arm's back while squatting as if he were pulling back a samurai sword. While this is happening the user is focusing massive amounts of chakra within each arm. In a split second the user will thrust his/her arm's forward with great force with the bottom of the wrists together and the hands open (second knuckle's bent down). When you're hands make impact with the target the concentrated chakra is released at the same time, this causes a fierce impact that could even level Doton.
*Can only be used once per battle.
*Cannot use your hands for anything in the next two turns, including handseals.

History

Roy Mustang was born in Konohagakure and was raised there by his father.He made many friends in the clan and his father aknowledged him much.Enough so that his father taught him the clan's "coming of age" riot.After his father became a member of the ANBU Black Ops he seldom had time to spend with his son so Roy was sent with a group of sailors to live with his mother on the Kumogakure Island Turtle.

On Kumogakure, Island Turtle, Roy made freinds with some of the animals there instead of real freinds due to the lack of human ihabitition on the Kumogakure Island Turtle.His mother trained and tutored him in everything she knew about taijutsu and kenjutsu.Then Roy decided to enroll into the ninja academy he easily passed all classes with the highest grades.He eventualy became a jounin.Deciding to visit Konohagakure once again to see his clan he set sail.

After defecting from the village seeking for further strength Roy now spends his time on the snowy summit of a very altitudinous mountain where he lives and trains.

Description: The user bites their thumb, and begins to slams both of their hands onto the ground to call forth Raijin the boss of the Blue Jays. Raijin is pretty large for a normal Blue Jay, hes around half the size of Gamabunta but a little taller then his younger brother Suijin. Raijin's personality is quite rude similar to Gamabunta's, he doesn't aknowledge or obey anyone unless they are stronger than him, and at any time if the summoner shows a little weakness he will attack trying to kill him. Raijin looks are a lot similar to his younger brother Suijin, but the differance they have is Raijin's blue is darker, and he carries a Thunderbolt figure on his chest. The symbol was there since the day he was born, the Blue Bird Sage believes it to be a sign that Raijin will be the next lightning god.
Raijin's is known for his incredible manipulation of the lightning element. He can perform up to S-rank Lightning technique without any hand seals, effortlessly. His special ability is that his feathers are known to be special, and act as lightning rods, and are able to conduct electricity, and Raijin is thus completely impervious to lightning techniques B-rank and below.
when the opponent attacks Raijin with an B-rank Lightning and below technique, Raijin has the ability to absorb the lightning technique, not just being unaffected by it. Raijin can convert the lightning attack, using his natural ability to being resistant to lightning, and cover his entire body in a glaring shade of lightning, thus forming a electric field around his body.
The electric field formed by the absorption of the lightning attack can enhance Raijin's powers. Using the natural characteristics of lightning, when Raijin is bathed in the lightning chakra, for that turn, and only that turn, his speed|power|damage| is increased by 1x, making him more powerful by making use of lightning. After that turn, the effect wears away, unless the opponent shoots another lightning attack towards Raijin, and Raijin absorbs it, increasing his abilities again by another 1x. Therefore, if the opponent continuously shoot attacks and Raijin absorbs them, Raijin can become a menacing and powerful foe to deal with. With the abilities granted by the lightning field around Raijin, he can fly at faster speeds, and cause devastating damage upon impact

-Raijin absorbs the lightning tech on that turn, and can use the ability in the next turn, thus he can only use it for a max of two times
-The absorbing ability doesn't increase that power of the jutsu he casts.

Description: The user bites his thumb, and begins to slams both of his hands onto the ground to call forth Suijin the younger brother of the boss of the Blue Jays. Suijin is around half the size of Gamabunta, and can travel up to 100 miles per hour. What makes him unique is his incredible manipulation of the water affinity, from his birth he was training continuously to try and surpass his brother. He trained every day and after 5 years of training he is very skillful in using the water element. Therefore he can use the water element up to B-rank techniques without the use of hand seals, in order to perform the water techniques. His special ability consists of him coating himself with water chakra so he can travel underwater at speeds greater than which he can normally travel above water making it impossible to track his movements unless someone possesses a 2nd tomoe. Using his immensely speed underwater he can create a S-Rank whirl pool around the target, which can drag the enemy down to the bottom of the water source which can result in their death if the water source is really deep like a lake or ocean. He also has thick blue, white, and black feathers that makes him immune to water techniques from B-rank and below. Whenever Suijin performs a water technique it gets enhanced by +10 additional damage points due to him using more chakra in order to perform the water technique required.

- He can still fly after going underwater since he covers his body with water chakra which results in his wings not getting wet, and allowing him to go underwater safely.
