Not bad, but it seems too unfocused on sasuke, like hes too far away. Also the writing does not fit.
But apart from them, I like the shine effect and background

Being pale looks good to me, but render is lq and it also looks stretched. Text doesn't fit as well, but it doesn't look so bad in overall, just remove the text.
