against minato:the 4th outspeeded his kamui and put his ass in the ground.literally

now he's got the rinnegan.he can summon gedo mazou and uses the six paths technique.don't get me wrong he's strong as hell but what can he do outside of these dojutsu?

compared to sasuke...
chidori,chidori sharp spear,chidori streams,kirin
Master of weapons: shuriken jutsu,Demon wind shuriken,shuriken triple windmill,chidori sword
a variety of fire style jutsus etc etc

Probably, he saw potential in him. I mean, Obito unlocked technique that is pretty much the best from all MS techniques (even if we include Perfect Susanoo).

He can use wood release, chakra chains, kamui, katon justus, katon combined with kamui, izanagi, rinnegan, plus with his half zestu body, he can heal himself, and he uses rinnegan, arent this enough justus

Hashirama is nice but take away wood release and he's pretty much fodder

Minato is fodder without FTG
Nagato is fodder without Finnegan
and the list goes on..

No. Most Uchihas are extremely good ninjas even before they awake their Sharingan. Sasuke and Itachi were both elite in their class even without their Sharingan. But Obito was a particularly terrible Uchina until he got his power ups.
