rely cause if gohan acualy got a power increase against buu that time they would have been even at the very least or gohan should hav domiated and then vegeta vs kid buu after he was held by shenron he should have gotton stronger

I'm not sure what you mean, but saiyans are supposed to get a buttload stronger every time they are close to death or get the heck beaten out of him. Vegeta and Goku abuse the hell out of this ability leading up to and including their fights with Frieza and his men on Namek...
