Deep within the depths of Amegakure Orochimaru arrives with a container of a willing victim to allow Orochimaru to achieve new heights of power. Orochimaru looks at the container licking his lips and then starts going over ssome ground rules before he starts assuming his new body.
I release the body within the suspended animation and then start I tell him to lay down on the operating table. Making sure that he is willing to keep going through with the operation. The Third Kazekage hops unto the table and stays calm. I then relieve myself of my skin, exposing my giant white snake form and force my chakra and essense into his being, thus using:

Description: This jutsu allows the user to full take control of there target by putting there soul in side of there targets body.The user now has all of their own jutsu plus there targets KG/Special abilities/Ninjutsu.

~For this jutsu, the user assumes the body of a stolen bio, granting the Orochimaru bio holder all of the stolen bio's abilities. Including KG (sharingan, byakugan, rinnegan), Special abilities (Rain, Sage mode, 8 gates), and Ninjutsu (animal summoning, flying thundergod, jiraiya hair jutsus). The Orochimaru user can then use these jutsus at his/her own free will, with the same consequences and rewards as the original user.
~This jutsu can only be used once every 3 months.
~This jutsu is irreversible. Once you have assumed a bio as your new host, you are stuck for at least 3 months. Failure to heed to this rule will result in you being stripped of your ability to perform this jutsu.
~This jutsu is to be performed in a separate thread where there has been no fighting, with a legally stolen bio. This jutsu is unstoppable, meaning the original bio user has no say and/or right to object. If the bio is legally stolen, it is stolen.
~The user must get the approval of a sensei or mod in possession of an Orochimaru bio before he can assume a new host.
~The user can assume any bio irregardless of what is on the users other bio. Example: The user has a sharingan bio. The user is still allowed to assume a byakugan bio, as the user is still technically Orochimaru.
~After assuming a new host, the users bio death count resets to 0. If the user dies 3 times before the 3 months are up, the Orochimaru bio must be remade, with no added host. The user must still wait out the duration of the 3 months before he can assume a new host.
Orochimaru then awakens in his new body and hops off the table feeling this new power given to him and decides its time to wreak havoc. Granting him the power of magnetism and Iron Sand.
He then puts on the Kazekages attire and heads outside into Amegakure..
