Kirin would undoubtedly overpower FRS if both jutsus collided. Its true that lightning is weak against wind, but people forget that when it comes to sheer power Kirin is on other level compared to FRS. Kirin destroyed large hill, this technique is completely different than techniques that shinobi can perform with their own chakra.

In dont really see it, Kirin is on whole other level compared to FRS if we are talking about sheer power.

It can't be said imo, but the way I see it is that the power of Kirin would be reduced but it would tank and overpower the Rasenshuriken.

But the thing about Kirin is that it needs time to prepare, plus it's a one time technique, meaning the preparations should be done again in order to use it one more time.

But Naruto can spam Rasenshuriken like there's no tomorrow, and it's still a powerful S-Rank technique, that's why I think it's better than Kirin.
