Though it is a good idea to remember kakashis mangekyou sharingan is activated faster, and he used it against a fast moving missile pain shot at chouji and hit it dead on, same with the nail pain shot at him.

Im pretty sure if kakashi used it to cut off minatos arms and legs (like he did with deidaras arm) then the team of 3 would win lol, thing is minatos fooking fast, he can teleport and kakashi can use MS twice at most.

Kakashi 's only real weakness is chakra capacity, he tires WAY too quickly and easily.
