Naruto could have beaten Nagato...

Something I failed to think of until now, was when Naruto + Bee were fighting Edo Nagato< and Nagato captured Naruto and started sapping him dry... was there no reason that Naruto couldn't have started absorbing Natural energy and turned Nagato into stone frog like he did with Pain?

I know some of you will say plot no jutsu, but to me that seems like it woulda been a sure ace in the hole, plus wouldn't that have sealed Nagato too?

It wouldn't be damaging him so he couldn't revive.... just simply turning him to stone from inside out.

Wrong...Naruto couldn't turn Nagato into stone because he was in Kyuubi Mode and Naruto needs Sage Mode in order to turn Nagato into stone.

I think you got the pics mixed up in terms of whats happening. Naruto deduced that nagato could use all of the powers of pein after he noticed that nagato absorbed the chakra of hachibi. Then naruto rushed at nagato but his summoning grabs him then right after that nagato proceeds to take naruto's soul. Naruto then in one of his dumbest moments by far attempts to rasengan nagato after finding out that he can preta path's power.

On another note, I doubt naruto can take in nature chakra while in kcm.

Thats true, but no one would want to see a character killed twice in the same non-offensive way. He is one of the most powerful shinobi ever and possesses the rinnegan, it is quite lame for him to be defeated by simply being turned to stone.

Nagato had to get "trolled" by plot no jutsu because the show is called Naruto.

BM is Practically the same as KM except he can fire TBB, Nagato is a Sensor so all that speed blitzing won't work. If he even makes contact with Nagato, Preta path sucks up his cloak. He can beat BM Naruto.
