Appearance Han unlike most Ninjas is wearing a heavy armour called a ''Steam Armour'', and a furnace on the back that emits steam. Han has brown eyes and his armour extens from his bottom half up half of his face, and is wearing a Kasa (Conical Straw hat.) That is made out of the same material as his armour. Over his armour he wears a Black Gi with sleeves that seems torn off and some black gloves.

Personality: Not much is known about Han's personality, other than he loathed humanity according to the Deidara, due to being neglected and hated by his village.

Incomplete Form: When the incomplete form is activated, Han is covered in a cloud of steam with five white tails flowing behind him.
The steam cloud burns an opponent who touches it, much like fire. It is hotter than the Nibi's chakra shroud but cooler than the Yonbi's .
He gains a +10 attack boost to the Steam element, and a +5 attack boost to the Water and Fire elements.

Complete Form: Han makes a praying motion, and white chakra flows outwards and forms a replica of the Gobi around Han.
The ground for about two metres around the Gobi is covered in thick steam, completely blocking the view of the opponent. It also mildly burns the opponent should he touch it. Once a battle, the Yonbi can let out a huge series of geysers of steam from the ground in a straight line to burn the opponent. It can use only Steam, Water or Fire Elements, but learns a +25 attack boost to the Steam element and +15 attack boost to the Fire and Water element.

Weapons and Accessories

Steam Armor - Han is heavily armoured, wearing what is called "Steam Armour" (蒸気の鎧, Jōki no Yoroi) with a furnace on the back that emits steam. The armor extends all the way to the bottom half of his face, covering it up. Underneath the armour covering the bottom half of his face, he wears a white cloth which also covers both sides of his face and the top of his head. Aside from his red armour, he also wears a red kasa (conical straw hat) over the white cloth and it seems to be composed of the same material of his armour and furnace. He wears his Iwagakure forehead protector on a black cloth, and over his armour, Han wears a black gi, with the sleeves seemingly torn off and black gloves. He also wears what seems to be a bronze-coloured ring around his neck which he wears over his red armour. Also, the armour covering his arms and torso is plated.

Due to the effects of his own created element Diethyl Ether, Han uses his steam armor as a way to keep harmful substances such as his element and all others from harming him and entering his system. The way his Steam Armor is made, there is a slit where Han's mouth is capable of opening to use techniques from his mouth, however as long as he keeps his mouth closed, with the steam armor covering his mouth and nose, prevents any substance from getting inside.

Dual Swords - He wears one on each side. The sheaths are made of steam armor.

Hojojutsu/Nawajutsu Grandmaster - As stated in the link (Located in the title), the user is capable of manipulating the chains/ropes/cords by mere thought process as they contain the user's chakra.

Steam Armored Hojojutsu Chain - Han has dense dense metal chains made from the same metal as his steam armor that he uses for his Hojojutsu/Nawajutsu techniques hidden underneath his suit and wrapped several times around his body.

Intel The Gentlemans Hat - A Hat worn by Han, it has the ability to attack, grant chakra if he ever runs out. This hat is always worn by Han, and is in the shape of a straw hat, and is also covered with the same metal as his steam armor.

Description: Intel is a Gentleman's Hat. It sits on his head very securely in such a way that it sits low across his forehead and eyes; making direct eye contact impossible. It can only be removed if the user touches it. The user came across this hat on his first set of travels of leaving Iwagakure. He found a few out of character things for the hat that has become to be quite special. The hat, it would seem, allowed the wearer to channel a vast amount of chakra into it and store it completely until when the wearer most needed it. The user would speed nights on end almost completely depleting his chakra into the hat before he slept, to see how much chakra the hat could store. The hat was given its name 'Intel', for its ability to grant the user complete awareness of the battlefield as long as the wearer has it on its head after charging chakra into it. After a week straight of almost spending his chakra from the night before, the user gave up on the hat and just continued to wear it. It was then that he noticed that the Hat seemed to be trying to insert chakra into him. Thinking no in his head, the hat obeyed. Hazama reckoned that he had enough chakra in this hat to make him capable of performing multiple techniques if he were ever to be completely drained of chakra on the battlefield. From that moment onward, the user never went into battle without the hat on his head. The lining of the hat was made of thin, sharp chakra metal. The user could easily charge wind or lightning chakra into the hat and use it as if it were a dangerous weapon. The chakra metal in the hat extended a barrier around the hat, increasing it cutting efficiency. The user is capable of throwing the bladed Top Hat as a projectile and it always comes back to him in a way that will not cause harm to himself. The cutting power of the hat is the equivalent to a circular Saw.
Note: Intel gives the user enough chakra upon request after depleting his to perform up to and including B Ranked techniques for 5 turns.
Note: If the user takes the hat off, or depletes the Hat of chakra, he will not be able to use the hats sensory technique.
Note: If all of the chakra in the hat is used up, Hazama will no longer be able to continue battle.
Note: The User can only channel lightning/Wind/fire chakra into the hat to achieve the B Ranked chainsaw attack. This can only be achieved once per turn and each element can only be channeled once per battle (3 attacks total)

Description:
The jinchūriki accesses his Bijuu's chakra and releases a portion of it into his body, triggering this initial transformation. By doing this, red chakra oozes from his skin, engulfing him in a chakra shroud that resembles a miniature, translucid version of his Bijuu (although with little detail), with a variable number of tails (depends on which Bijuu it is) and certain unique traits like the Kyuubis ears or Hachibi's horns. The jinchūriki gains a drastic increase in speed, being capable of fighting on par with almost any ninja and gets his Taijutsu damage boosted not only by the increased strength behind his chakra shroud but also by the chakra shroud itself, which damages enemies to the touch. In certain situations, the jinchūriki can also gain more animalistic abilities, such as running tremendously fast on all fours or viciously clawing on his enemies. The chakra shroud protects the jinchūriki from damage and grants him a high resistance to all C-Rank and bellow techniques and B-rank and below Taijutsu.

Han is then covered in a chakra shroud with the steam armor hat showing and four horns protruding from the head and having 5 the tails. He constantly releases steam from his body and mouth with can burn targets that come in contact with it. It is hotter than the Nibi's chakra shroud but cooler than the Yonbi's. Whilst in this form he gains extra boost to Steam, water and fire techniques.
Note: The Transformation lasts maximum of 4 turns.

(Bijutsu: Biju Gekido) - Tailed Beast Skill: Tailed Beast Berserk

It has two long horns and two short horns, which are very pointy. The ends of its horns, hooves, and tails are light brown, with some of the same-coloured spots before the brown areas of its horns and hooves. It also has red markings under its dark blue-green eyes. It has tremendous strength and could even ram the eigth tales with its horns and wound him and push him back quite the distance. whilst in this form it can only use steam, water and fire elemental techniques which it gains a considerable power boost to them. It can also use any tailed beast skill related to the five tailed beast.
Note: The transformation lasts a maximum of 3 turns.

Additional Information

Stone Will - Han has a really strong willpower and carries the Stone Will from his very proud village of Iwagakure. Having such strong will means that in a fight, small injuries are not enough to stop him. His will to live for and protect the village is a very great deal, it has helped him many times in fights. Han, though fearless, does not mistake this for lack of caution from a dangerous opponent.

Speed & Strength: Han is exceptionally strong, has a great deal of speed and appears to be very agile even when wearing his armour. Han appears to use the pressure of the steam generated by his armour to increase the force of his physical attacks as well as his speed.

Water - Han is capable of performing water techniques with one handseal.

Heat Resistance - Training with elements that exude heat at a level closest to the sun has given Han an extreme resistance to heat and complete immunity to Solar Wind and Blazing Earth Release. Han is also capable of walking on Blazing Earth without being hurt and now actually no longer needs his steam armor to protect him from his element, however keeps the armor as an unlimited source of steam.

Gobi's Abilities - Complete mastery over the Steam element, without the use of handseals in the tailed beast forms. This includes a special steam armour that can be used in conjunction with steam he releases from it to increase his taijutsu skills, which doesn't require any handseals (though any other normal steam in human form does).
Horse-like abilities, of all the Tailed Beasts it has the strongest charging power as a result of its horse-like body, which can be very lethal in conjunction with the horns on his head. Can preform the Tailed Beast Bomb in the complete form. (Copy Pasted from Caliburn's Post)

Background Info
History:

Han is a Shinobi from Iwagakure, but not just a common shinobi. Han is the Jinchūriki of the Five Tailed Bijuu, and so he is feared by the villagers in Iwa, and by many other shinobies as well. Therefore he has a hard time finding people who can accepted him as he is, instead of seeing him as a non-human bein' due to the Gobi sealed inside of him.

Part II

Han is later seen travelling together with Tobi, in pursuit of Naruto and Killer B. With the enemy blinded by Fū's technique, Han attacks them directly alongside Yugito Nii, where he clashes with Naruto. As his punch is blocked, he releases steam from his armour and overwhelms Naruto with his strength. However, when this initial assault fails, he, like the others, unleashes the power of his respective tailed beast by materialising the first of its tails.

As Naruto tries to destroy the chakra receiver embedded in Rōshi's chest, Han intercepts him with a steam-enhanced kick, sending him hurtling backwards. Incapacitated in the wake of the Eight-Tails' devastating attack, after B's recent transformation, Han is then restrained by the latter's sealing technique. However, before the sealing's completion, he manages to escape by adopting his Version 2 form. Han then assumes his full Five-Tails form and proceeds to ram the Eight-Tails using his Horn Breaking technique.

When Kokuō temporarily regains control of itself and tries to attack Tobi, after Kakashi Hatake and Might Guy's intervention, the beast is restrained and forced to revert to Han's Version 2 form. Regrouping with the other revived jinchūriki, Han then charges towards Naruto but is instead intercepted by Kakashi and Guy. Confronting the Konohagakure jōnin, he takes advantage of the Six-Tails' corrosive gas bearing down upon the pair, creating multiple chakra arms in preparation to attack them. However, when these are quickly severed by Kakashi, the jinchūriki ready themselves for another attack. As Son Gokū is resealed into the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path, Han is forced to re-enter his full tailed beast form, as Tobi prepares to go all-out.
Unleashing a Tailed Beast Ball along with the others, the jinchūriki instead resort to a direct assault when these attacks are deflected by Naruto, only to then be repelled as the latter adopts his Tailed Beast Mode. In the resulting chaos, Han attempts to gore the Eight-Tails with his horns as he had before, but in a complete reversal, finds himself sent reeling. With this, the rival beasts regroup and prepare a collaborative Tailed Beast Ball, launching it towards their opponents only to have it diverted by an opposing one.

Attempting to remove the opposition's chakra receivers in the ensuing blast, Naruto enters the joint consciousness of the tailed beasts, where he meets Han along with the other jinchūriki and their respective beasts. During this encounter, he tells of how they had only happily gathered together after Son and Rōshi's disappearance, thanks to Naruto. With this, Han introduces himself alongside his tailed beast, Kokuō.

Thanks. Yeah I RPed with Mei. That fight made me think that she is too one dimensional. Granted in the fight I only used Water/Fire/Earth/Lava/Boil....But then it may have just been my use of her that was one dimensional. Though I did have fun coating myself with S Ranked Hardening Technique and then converting the earth into Lava with the Rock to Lava tech.....Made Solf Give up .

But I have plans for Han if and when I pass the test. He is theoretically awesome. lol.
