he went to the war and he met the third raikage(when he was not the raikage).

Sorry, but I'm not going to accept the history as it is. Tobirama being your rival, battling the Third Raikage, and joining up with Pain and getting into the Akatsuki is simply too much altering of the cannon storyline. I'll accept a battle with the Third Raikage or a short meeting with Pain and apparently being with him when he formed Akatsuki? All while being a genin without any training? Whatever you do with the history, it cannot conflict with the manga storyline that majorly, nor can you add in techniques like the black snake thing that you mentioned in your history unless it's a cannon technique or approved custom.
