when Naruto fought Pain

When Naruto fought the last pain he went six tails and fights him for a while in that state then he goes back to normal after the whole "almost turning into the kyuubi moment" and ends him off with a normal rasengan right?

Now here's the thing naruto(six tails) did much worse things to the last pain than a normal rasengan(e.g smashing him into the ground like a nail or get crushed by his punches and boulders/rocks) which should of immobilized/defeated that body but nooo only his normal rasengan can kill him, it's messed up man.

I'm not dissing the rasengan the rasengan is ligit.
And sorry if this was already another thread couldn't find anything when searching.

It was all Rasenshuriken, this jutsu will be the downfall of the Juubi. Naruto will hurl it at the Juubi's eye causing blindness, he'll then seal it within himself and Naruto will be declared the new SO6P!

In the manga, he went kyuubi, reversed a shinra tensei which caused Pain to be pushed back, then he tried a TBB but Pain smashed him in the head with a huge boulder so the TBB went the wrong way, then Pain ran away so he could do the Chibaku Tensei. So really, the 6-tails Naruto really didn't do anything to Pain. the anime added all that other stuff to try and elongate the fight and make it look cooler, although in my opinion they really f****d that part up in the anime

Oh I didn't read that part in the manga I only properly started during the five kage summit but anyway thanks.

It's like when Goku defeats people using the Kamehameha instead of a spirit bomb. I mean the spirit bomb is technically immensely more powerful having the energy of all living things that Goku calls on. But when he uses a Kamehameha it's just so much more epic and masterful.

Rasengan is kind of the same thing for me, that signature move, that makes finishing a fight so much more epic.

Nothing that the six tailed kyuubi threw at pain landed, but that rasengan did. I'm pretty sure that if any of the other attacks he launched would have destroyed Pain had they landed a direct hit. Everyone says Pain could have dodged it but he couldn't have because of his low chakra and inability to use shinra tensei. That realm only had a few op abilities, but I don't think taijutsu was one of them.

All that other stuff is just filler. And Naruto beating Pein with Rasengan is not PNJ, Rasengan is immensely powerful, capable of rendering average humans incapable of fighting. Pein couldn't use Shinra Tensei and was n already dead body, so it makes a lot of sense that he was finished that way.

It is retarded that the 6 tails punches did not kill Pain. He is not orochimaru, he has no survival techniques that should allow him to survive that stuff when hit directly.

i know aye but i bet nagato was tired because he performed massive chibaku tensei to which konan said " dont push yourself" and then he was coughing blood...he was pretty weakened so a normal rasengan connecting due to fatigue..i buy that hehehe

Yeah those parts were added to the fight and don't actually appear in the Manga...the whole part of him smashing Pain's face in and such! And dropping rocks on him
