What is that soundtrack they have been playing at the end of battles recently? Like when they showed Zabuza cry after Naruto's talk no jutsu in the flashback after Kakashi killed him. Or when Asuma got beat by team 10. Or when Naruto was talk no jutsing Raikage. Anyone know what I am talking about?

Its a crappy spanish sub that messed up the voices for some reason. Youtube sucks now with all these copyright laws.

It's not released yet. There are many wonderful soundtracks that i am waiting for to be released since ages. The Way of Ninja, The one that played when kakashi and his father were talking and kakashi forgive him. The one you are referring. And there are several others i don't remember right now.
