Unless what Kushina's wearing isn't 'as tight' as Mizukage's outfit, wouldn't visible boob size from that pic show that they aren't?

i'm pretty sure that its obvious but kushina is prego in the left pic....... that would obviousley change how she dressed, how she did her hair etc.

look at the facial features if you squint kushinas eyes a lil bit they look EXACTLY alike...

and guys .... remember... When Kushina's pic was shown that was a Long time before we saw the mizukage's pic.

dont think the mizukage is kushina cus kushina is portrayed as being tomboyish and the mizukage is def not that, but kushina could've possibly changed, which is very doubtful

I think they look very similar, and given that Kushina is from the Whirlpool village which falls under the domain of the Mizukage, and the hair looks EXACTLY alike, just like their nose and eyes (Eyes look similar but maybe not exactly alike), I am starting to consider this a possibility.
