Mark of the Ninja Academy.

An idea I had a while back but never really got around to doing it. Basically its Ninja RP but its not really based in the naruto verse technically so there are no jutsu really. Its more the kind of ninja you see in games and movies with a few added things. All Ninja who RP here bear some type of elemental mark. As the name implies, its all about mastering your mark and the power it brings with it. Earth, Wind, Fire, Water. In addition, the marks can be a creature type to enhance your abilities.

Example: Someone with a Tiger one would bear resemblence to an actual tiger upon using his mark.
