You dont. You need to wait until the bio is dropped, because there can be only one jinchuriki bio. for example if i have naruto bio, you cant make a naruto bio until i drop mine. It is all explained in the rules.

All nine Jinchuriki are immune to genjutsu, meaning that genjutsu can be cast upon them, but their Bijuu will simply kick them out of it.
The first eight Jinchuriki have the same type of transformations namely Red Chakra Cloak - Incomplete Transformation - Complete Transformation. The exception is Naruto, who has Red Chakra Cloak - Nine-Tailed Chakra Mode - Tailed Beast Mode.
If a person preforms, during a battle, a full transformation and can't finish the battle before the transformation ends, he automatically looses the battle.
To obtain a Bijuu bio that's already taken (as only one person per bio is allowed) you will first need to defeat the current owner as an extra requirement on top of all the other requirements listed below.
First comes first served, if you post the jinchi bio fist, you can take the test first.

Actually, ya you can fight him, that's if you want the bio and he doesn't want to drop it, if you somehow win against him in the fight you have to take the test and if you pass it you get the bio.

And what Toshiro said, don't be rude and don't tell him he can't fight him.

But from what i see in this bio you aren't even close to be able to challenge him let alone fight him, you haven't trained in anything and he's the Raikage, and a very powerful one at that.

Ok thanks guys. i thought it said somethin like that. i read the rules already. and i know he is strong... but a 1000 mile journey starts with the first step... so tell 'em im coming! if anyone wants to help me set up a new, new bio plz let me know. or if u wanna help in any way.
