My friend and I are having a debate with regards to what is mentioned on the last page of the above mentioned chapter (606). I am stating that Madara gives Obito a new identity which is the name Uchiha Madara which he will be known as from that day on... where as my friend is stating : Obito takes it on himself to assume Madara's identity...

Who is right? (What do you understand from that last page)

Well, Madara left all of his plans to Tobi and it's strongly hinted Madara would want him to take his identity. Who else would he say he was? No one would believe some random person with knowledge on the founders of Konoha.

Madara's exact quote is; 行け　オレが復活するその時まで…
Which means; Go... Untill the time that I'm revived...

There's no such continiuity in their lines.

Nagato asks; What's (the meaning of) this?... Just, who are you?

And Obito answers with; おれは　うちはマダラだ.
Which translates to; I am... Uchiha Madara.

this translation is right .

Since it was revealed that Madera can manipulate his will into physical form, and thus created the black half of zetsu, I interpreted it as though Madera is controlling Obito with his physically manifested will. Near end of latest episode, we can see that black rod he calls his will in physical form, and just before that, he calls the zetsu weaker forms of Hashirama. Would it then be possible for Madara, who told obito to use his Will when he used Rikudou No Jutsu, to control Obito through this black rod of his Will?

If Madara made zetsu from Hashirama cells, and calls them androids of weaker forms of Hashirama, and then placed his will in physical form as a black rod into center of Hashirama statue in wall (not sure what that is referred to as), then I would interpret that as him controling all zetsu with his will, even the one that Obito used. Thoughts?
