Fire, also known as Katon, is the most basic chakra type besides pure chakra. Its is made by nitrogen and carbon atoms and also made by friction. Its is strong against wind due to the "Faning of the Flame" philosophy and weak against water for abvious reasons. Thats all I know.

How could you use elements in combination with fire?

Wind + Fire= Stronger flame that can go further longer
Earth and fire can melt the earth or harden it into new techniques or jutsu's or make weapons
water and fire can make steam to hide you so you can attack hidden
fire and fire can make it larger and more powerful
Lightning and fire can change it into plasma or make it electric and add to its destructive power.

Well, you're right, but I wouldn't call lightning and fire plasma
It would form a surprise attack rather.

You know what fire is, you know what fire does.. You have air, fuel and temperature. All the fundamental factors to create fire. Now, light the lighter and look at the fire. Concentrate on the fire, and focus your chakra on it. Once you've done that you use your chakra to make the flame of the lighter bigger.

Well......... i was looking for more of how you would do this? How do you get the fire to form from within you, how do you create the ball shaped? It's all needed and you need to understand how to do this before we move on.

sits down and holds hand like i have been infront of my chakra network spiral and focuses the chakra there and starts to thing "How does fire work?" starts to think of my chakra as nitrogen, oxygen, and carbon atoms and starts to combine them in the formula for fire. "that looks right now add heat" focuses on the now cold chakra flame and starts to think of it as vibrating at super speeds and turning from light blue to a yellow-red color clear and blue on the very top and thinks of it as producing a lot of heat. "now to shape it" Starts to think of a huge sphere mold with one opening appearing infront of me and starts to put the fire into it and starts to basically solidify the fire inside and burns away the reusable modle and focuses the ball into my hands and opens eyes and looks at you holding a ball of fire inbetween my hands

Alright so go through the jutsu list and I want you to look at some of the jutsu's. Doesn't matter which one specifically but look at the jutsu's from D-S ranked jutsu's, there is a common theme as far as in fire, same and similar concept for a lot of them. Lets see if you can pick up on it. Tell me what are some jutsu's have in common with each other. I am looking for a specific answer to this.

It seams that most deal wit making balls of fire. They are also usually offensive types of jutsu's. Right? tats what I got out of it.

I mean you are releasing a "ball" of fire towards your enemy, what do we also call that as?

ummm blasting them with built up power? Using there streangth against them. Making our attacks faster and stronger?

If you look, as you mentioned there are fireballs, like projectiles you shoot it towards the opponent. They travel not connected to you but the fire maintains on it's own.

Another one is the flame versions, as you use these jutsu's the flame versions are maintained and spewed from the mouth and connected to you.

What are the main factors of advantages and disadvantages of each one of these types?

Disconected to you: Advantage: You can attack faster and multiple times and you can also attack from diffrent ranges
disavantage: You would have to move faster and more and you would use more chakra for multiple attacks than one attack and your opponent could dodge and your cant control the direction after firing.

Connected to you: Advantage: you can change direction and attack for longer.
Disadvantage: You can't move around and you cant attack as fast after releasing the jutsu or technique.

Both are true, but think of this also, when use a projectile type of jutsu, once it's formed and released it's over. You are not doing anything else. The fireball will travel as you released and aimed at. Hit whenever it needs to etc...

The flame types are continuous and once you stop it stops as well. Ofcourse some things will get set on fire, but if you stop mid way the whole jutsu wouldn't work as it was interrupted.

Now what other disadvantages are there for both of these typess? There are one specific answer i am looking for.
