Koyomi, a young high school student, who stands at 165 centimeters tall, has jet black hair that grows down to his nape. His eyes are a light teal, although his left eye is often hidden due to his hair. Even with his left eye covered, it's s still perfect for spotting girls. He is often seen wandering around the village wearing his comfortable parka, and jeans that cover his fair skin. When out on of the village, his attire consist of black plants, and a button up shirt.

Koyomi is a laid-back person, who very much resembles Jiraiya's personality, being a pervert and all. He has quite the fetish for girls with short hair

Koyomi led a normal childhood, he was often adventurous but never quite outgoing. Koyomi led a life that would be envied by others, he belonged to a wealthy family, he had a unique ability out of all the other chiildren which allowed him to sense chakra, and he was fairly virtuous in everything he does. Upon reaching the age of eight, Koyomi took the genin test, and though he did poorly on his test, he still passed. In present day, he's currently helping the village get back into shape with the new Kazekage.

Koyomi's mastery over the Water element is so intense, that he's able to perform any water technique with only one hand seal.

When he uses his sensory in conjunction with his quick reflexes, he makes a formidable opponent, being able to escape even the most dangerous situations.

Koyomi has a really strong willpower, and carries the will of sand inside from his very proud village of Sunagakure. Having such strong will means that in a fight, small injuries are not enough to stop him. His will to live for, and protect the village is a very great deal.
