Rin's death was the catalyst for Obito to change, his goal has changed since. He doesn't care about Rin or Kakashi anymore, if he did then he would have killed Kakashi on that day he went crazy. He just wants to achieve the goal his and Madara'a goal.

I don't think he would've killed Kakashi for that reason... and I'm pretty sure if he didn't have the same goal, he wouldn't have brought up Rin. Why else would he still be with Madara if he didn't care about "Reviving" Rin? ....... Okay, I see the flaw with that question, but Kishi just isn't like that. He wouldn't make a character without purpose. And he wouldn't make them heartless. I'm sure Madara has a good intention for doing this............... Maybe not... But STILL!
