Let's see Fuuton is the Japanese word for Wind Release or Wind in base. It is performed by making the person's chakra sharp and thin. Fuuton consists of short-mid range attacks. It is weak against Fire, but it can be combined with a few Fire attacks to create a more powerful jutsu or to cover a wider area of attack. Wind is strong against lightning. Depending on how you use wind it can be great for offense, The narrow the area of attack is the more powerful that attack will be. It can also be combined with Rasengan to make Rasenshuriken. In RL Wind is the a combination of moving gases in the air, in some civilizations wind is said to have influenced the events of history, expanded the range of transport and warfare, and provided a power source for mechanical work, electricity and recreation. It is also the power that moves the ships around, with out wind , a lot of things would break down and would not be able to move unless provided with another source of energy.

Under normal conditions water > wind due to the water pressure being higher than that of wind .-. , right ?

Wind has the power to push water, blow it away etc. Wind gives mater more destructive power. Wind and water form rain

Well the wind will feel smooth going while hitting my cheeks, and it also feels light as it should be, I gathered enough knowledge and how it feels to be "one" with the wind.

The tornado ? , well it felt powerful, made me dizzy and I have a few cuts o-o

Now, see what the tornado did. I want you to do that with this leaf. I would like you to focus your chakra, creating a small stream of wind in your palm, allowing the leaf to swirl around/ hovering above your palm

I take the leaf and put it in my hand, then I focus and channel my chakra through my body into my hands then I release it into a stream of wind that allows the leaf to hover over my hands.
