After Effect! Need help!

Well.. who is very good at using AE ? As im totally new to AE and im so confused :/

i need help .. how do i speed up my video? cos' my video (the preview) is playing in a slomo so how do i get it to the normal speed? pls help !

If it's playing in slowmo as soon as you've imported it, it means the frame rate on your composition is different to the video you imported, go to composition settings and set the FPS to the one of the video. Hope this helps (:

On After Effects you can't just play a video you have to make a composition to edit it and things like that

This will teach you all the starting points for it :D
