    Do you even lift??

    Who in this base works out? what kind of workout are you on, what are you taking, brag about what you max, stuff like that. Ex. I'm 185, 6'0 just taking protein and on a split-section workout right now (Day 1 Chest/Tris, Day 2 Back Bis, Day 3 Shoulders/Legs, Day 4/Rest), trying to bulk to 200 by the end of next year.

    I'm 168 6"0 and I can bench press (all the way down, no ***** 90 degree shit) 200 so I'm very proud of that

    Day 1 Chest and back
    Day 2 Legs
    Day 3 triceps (i dont work out biceps)
    Day 4 Legs
    Day 5 abs, shoulders, cardio

    Weekend I rest

    haha every time I see someone benching to 90 degrees i die a little inside. Solid routine though man, legs twice a week is intense I have to ask what are you squatting right now?

    My max squatting is 3 Plates 20. I feel like squatting is the funniest most entertaining way of lifting. I dont have money to buy protein so all i get is the regular regeneration of my muscles so i would've been stronger. One of my friends take Jack'd and that shit is crazy!! You'll work out for days and nights non stop! lol

    hahaha man I don't trust that pre-workout stuff, first off its way expensive and second when you take it your heart feels like its going to explode. As for protein it sort of helps, and creatine (which i took for a little bit) helped me gain about 10lbs, but nothing is more important than a good diet and getting lots of sleep. Both of which are difficult to manage when your going to school full time and working two jobs :/

    Yeah.. Here's a pic after football game, and was trying to look cool lol .. I'm 5'9 1/2 .. 165lb's .. My goal is 220lbs..
    My current stats are..

    Benchpress:260
    Squat:425

    just started 2months ago legit man.. On a bulk currently, but do I really look all that cut? I gained 30lbs(fat and muscle) over the 2months.. Other than that all I did was football.

    My diet is so bad bro, seriously.. Since i'm a hard gainer I eat usually anything fast food related.. But on weekdays I usually stay with lean meats, vegitables, milk just the regular healthy foods. My supplements, I take creatine, Muscle milk/whey protein. Sometimes I mix them because well I'm a boss and I like the extra calories/protein.

    Just remembered.. Gotta take some Whey right now.

    I'm 190 5'11'. I haven't maxed out in a while. Last time I did was a couple years ago and bench was 315, squat was 455, clean and jerk was 275. That was when I was about 175 lbs (profile pic). I wrestle at Oklahoma State so I work out every day with that and lift every other day in the mornings.

    I think it is weird seeing people say they want to lose 10-20 lbs in months to a year because I weighed about 215 in August after taking the summer off from wrestling. If you want to lose weight then go through wrestling workouts. Fat will shed off fast.

    Gtfo with your 315 benchpress i'm jealous, hopefully I get there when I'm at the end of my freshman year. .. Pssh i'm not black i'm just burned by the suns rays is all .

    And wrestling, try soccer even though I don't play it anymore due to the immense amount of cardio (sheds to many calories) I just stick to football, wrestling, basketball, and track(100 or 200meters only)

    I could never get into soccer. Stuck with football, wrestling and track in high school. I was a hurdler and quarter guy myself.

    I bet everybody here is like 13-14 years old posting pics of people they found on the Internet. You make sure you post a pic that's not to unbelievable, or say stuff that not to unbelievable.     I don't need to, I'll be honest as well I could probably only bench like 150, and I'm 5' 10-5' 11, and weigh like 160, but because I use to skate so much I can squat 342.5 max, i beleive that was like three or four years ago though when i was in high school but I've only tried to squat once in my life because I'm so fast and can jump so high my friend Cheyenne got me to try it once just to see how much I could do. So that was only a one time thing, and I only know how much I can bench because Cheyenne got me to try that as well. I wasn't into it really weight lifting is too boring and slow for me though.     Tuesday lower body plus abs
    Wednesday same as Monday
    Thursday same as Tuesday
    Friday same as Monday
    Saturday rest
    Sunday rest
    bench 235
    squat 405
    5'11
    203lb
    goal guess stay in shape. I just like being active.
