My diet is so bad bro, seriously.. Since i'm a hard gainer I eat usually anything fast food related.. But on weekdays I usually stay with lean meats, vegitables, milk just the regular healthy foods. My supplements, I take creatine, Muscle milk/whey protein. Sometimes I mix them because well I'm a boss and I like the extra calories/protein.
Just remembered.. Gotta take some Whey right now.
Thanks man, sports helped.. A lot. Also my next VS thread is probably Tuesday I keep having to change the date due to my schedule being so busy..
