Let's get straight to the point. Stomp on the ground with either feet, or both if you like, and once you've done that, release your Doton chakra throughout the ground. I want you to then, break apart pieces of the ground surrounding you and lift them into the air. Make sure that these are all the same size, about the size of a coconut. Then perform the snake hand sign and shoot these stones towards wherever the hell you want >_>

Now for the technique. It's easy, stomp your foot onto the ground and send your Earth chakra into it and utilize it with the structure of the Earth, Once done doing that, it will find and gather these ''wasted'' Earth particles from deep within the ground. By using your chakra obviously, move these particles to the top of the ground and into the air, and simply move them towards your opponent, more specifically his eyes. The particles will rest on his eyes, forming a layer that goes inside his pupils, disturbing his vision momentarily.

So.. yeah..

Perform one hand seal whilst releasing your chakra into my brainz and make it so that it stays dormant until you use an Earth jutsu. Once you do decide to use an Earth jutsu, coming from the ground, the genjutsu will activate and affect my sense of hearing and make everything go extremely silent making me vulnerable to anything coming from the ground!

I perform a single handseal and channel my chakra into your brain, I have my chakra lie dormant in your brain 'programming' it to shut down any sound that would reach your ears caused by an earth jutsu I would perform. I then use spikes and as 'programmed' the sound caused by the spikes emerging from the ground doesn't reach your ears.
