Freeza because he's a badass, a space emperor, killed Vegeta (unexpected but I loved it), has a Japanese heavy metal song dedicated to him and was the first real villain

teen gohan and vegeta ... teen gohan reminds me of myself with the hole not wanting to fight and being very kind but has an explosive temper and vegeta because he is so badass and has to work a lot harder that the others to get where he is ....

Of course Vegeta, cause he blew up a planet after saving it's people and then as it's exploding he says to Nappa "Pity there's never a camera around when you need one" from that point on I knew Vegeta was a hardcore badass
