Looks:Talon is a tall slight build man who always covers his face with either a mask or a hood. He wears blue body armour and dark blue pants with a cape that has been cut 6 times and had blades attached to the ends. Talon weilds a blade that is attached to his arm and is his main weapon of choice. Talon also uses shuriken which is part of his main fighting style. The cape is also used to fight opponents and is used to his abilities.

Personality:Talon is a cold heart assassin with no respect for human life what so ever. He does not hesitate to kill a an enemy with brutal force or silent killing them. When with superiors he is extremely polite but he is also very much feared by superiors who do not want to get on his bad side. He preferes to be by himself normally found on roof tops or towers prefereing the heights to anything else.

Background Info.
History: At a young age talons village was attacked by ninja from the village hidden in the mist. Upon witnessing his parents deaths talon went into a solitude of darkness hating and resenting everyone and everything he came into contact with. He wandered into a small town and was taken in by an elderly man who used to be an assassin. The blades and knives in the mans house intrigued talon and he wanted to learn to become a master assassin. After three years of training talon felt that the old man had nothing left to teach him and left the village, age 11. Now trained in the art of assassination talon set out to find the men who killed his parents. After entering the village hidden in the mist he walked into a small town on the off skirts of town into a bar. After ordering a drink he over heard three men bragging about there kills and feats and upon glancing over he noticed two of the men to be the ones who killed his parents. In and instant and with a flurry of blades talon attacked the men and assassinated everyone in the bar in a matter of seconds. After archieving his goal talon left the village hidden in the mist and set off to find the village hidden in the leaves. At age 13 talon joined the village hidden in the leaves and was promoted into the anbu black ops assassination squad for 5 years. Now 18 talon is known and feared world wide as a famous assassin who always gets his target.

But it's a nice bio. I think he became relentless after the attack on his parents, but it's nice to see how the Bloody Mist has rubbed off on him. :3

Also I thought he was Talon Du'Coteau. Not a big thing, but I think Du'Coteau sounds better than Noxus.
