Naruto on holloween

If Japanese celebrated holloween, it was be bad ass if they did some type of naruto special on holloween with like monsters or some sort xD what you guys think? I have somewhat of a plot figured out but yeah..

LOL Naruto is a cannon series its not like for example Ed Edd n Eddy or Code Name Kids Next Door (I know freaking blast from the past ) where they have Halloween or Christmas specials

So I was thinking what if there was some mysterious character that was bringing the people from kanohas worst fears to life with some type of life ninjutsu. Not a genjutsu but what the person perceives as his/her worst fears they come to life and try and take the persons life. The mysterious characters strength grows as more people give into their fear more.

Something along the lines of that with some modifications :/

They use to have such entertaining shows like code name kids next door, the misadventures of billy and Mandy, Teen Titans(I miss that one), Anime favorites like, Gundam, Bleach(does bleach still come on?) Naruto(why won't they bring Shippuden to Cartoon Network?) and so on.

Now all we have are shows like FlapJack...Honestly if it wasn't for Adult Swim, I would have stopped watching CN a long time ago.

i dont think the uk gets adult swim or what but the only glimmer of hope cartoon network seems to have is cow and chicken and Jonny bravo thats on about 9pm and it 1 episode a piece how depressing

Not that they haven't covered everyone who has died, but I'd make like a filler where orochimaru(after being revived from Kabuto's body) recovered Jaraiyah's body from the depths of the sea and Naruto is forced to battle him or something like that would be cool.
