[Discussion] Why can't Obito or Madara use Rinne Tensei?

Seeing as you only need one eye to use the sages' powers, why didn't Madara leave one eye for Obito? How come is Nagato so special (considering Obito has half a body of a senju)?

I don't think that Madara had enough time/stamina to experiment with the Rinnegan at his age, so he implanted it in Nagato to find its secrets

You are wrong on that because he taught Obito all the techniques of the Rinnegan, which were taught to Nagato. Plus he knew about the Rinne Tensei as it was part of his plan...

The Outer Path power is the control of Life and Death, where techniques like the Gedō: Rinne Tensei and the Gedō: Mazō derive from the controller of the rinnegan. Therefore, like Nagato, Obito and Madara are fully capable of using Rinne Tensi. Even Obito stated he wanted to use Sasuke to control the Gedo Statue if plans fell through with Nagato. That means others are quite capable of using Rinne Tensi if they have Uchiha and Senju DNA (as stated by Madara himself for those who can control Gedo).

NOTE: Only the Outer Path has the ability to use Gedo techniques such as summoning the statue, reviving killed people through the King of Hell and split the rinnegan's powers into individual dead bodies (which Obito used this power).

Where does it state Obito and Madara can't use the Rinnegan techniques? Why would Obito even use Rinnegan techniques against Kakashi and Guy when he knows very well that if he uses the techniques, they're already prepared against them? And why would Madara use Shinra Tensei when he hasn't had to?

nagato was uzumaki... and maybe rikudo jutsu takes a large amount of not chakra but life force to use its ultimate tecniques... see how nagato became only by using Edo tensei-.- imagine how he would've become using an even higher rikudo jutsu... he couldnt hold it and died... madara... as he was already old at the time ... had rinnengan but not the life force needed... and obito only had uchiha power... and a small ammount of chakra because he was young.... so obviously Madara wouldnt give him the rinnengan...

Nagato had Rinnegan longer than ether of them, so it stands to reason he'd master a few tricks they haven't. Given time i'm sure they could master it though.
