We all have come to the agreement that Naruto is CURRENTLY the stronger out of the two... but what i am curious about is how exactly would Naruto take down sasuke if they had a fight.... most people might say ohh naruto will use his tbb then the fight would be over but i know kishi wouldnt make that fight end so simple because sasuke has ems with his techniques along With Itachi's techniques............

So the question is what techniques and strategies would Naruto have to use in order to take down EMS Sasuke Uchia

Logically it will not be a fight to death for both parties despite what Naruto said last time they met. Naruto will try to stop Sasuke while Sasuke will try to kill Naruto.

But since logic may not apply here, let me tell you what i think may happen;

We can see Naruto beating Sasuke with his powers, then Sasuke come back with his powers...but in the end, it will be Rasengan vs Chidori that will make the difference.
