-I gather up my lighting chakra, and use; I emit a lighting spear from my mouth to completely destroy the boulder. I gather up a large amount of lighting chakra in my hands, then using; then I separates my hands, creating a long cloak that I place over myself.-

He can then use this cloak to protect him from other jutsus by wrapping it around him or the jutsu. This cloak is super effective against earth style technique which are A-Rank or below, It can tear the earth into molecular level, which means the lighting mesh of the cloak will destroy the earth leaving no trace, but it disappears after it is used once.
Note:
♦ Can defend the user from A-Rank or below Earth jutsus which are of reasonable size, not huge boulder but rocks, spikes, small earth weapons.
♦ Can be destroyed by B-Rank Wind Jutsu.
♦ Will disappear after used once.

The moment you gather lightning chakra into your hands, and begin to spread it outwards to form the cloak. I have a large amount of water gush up from beneath you, encasing you in a water prison. I have it timed correctly so that it would rise upwards, when the lightning fully surrounds you. Due to water being a natural conductor for lightning, the moment your cloak touches the water, you would be electrocuted, and paralyzed. The sheer pain you would receive would cause you too fall unconscious.

(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment

I hear the water forming behind me, carefully use; cause of the cloak I go under the ground, without effort but by going underground, it gets rid of the cloak. From there I come up from underground and use; I perform the hand seals, gather the dark chakra in my mouth then blow it out. I am left side from your jutsu, as I am waiting for the fog to form I use; I send small dark blasts towards you.

The smoke like fog is so dense that only very high ranked wind techniques are able to blow it away. The fog drains enough chakra that the victim is only able to use A-rank and below techniques.
Note: Takes the fog one turn to form.
Note: The fog lasts for 3 turns once formed.
Note: Can only be used 3 times per match.
Note: S-rank wind techniques are the only techniques able to blow away the smoke like fog.

You just need experience in fighting....
Make your moves happen one after another, try not leave major openings.....
As your opponent is distracted, then use a supplementary jutsu, like lightning cloak.
