Cole wears a leather jacket and pants with a stripe on the right leg, forming a small union jack design on his knee, and a sling bag with his phone attached to the single strap. This sling bag has a Sly Cooper logo and the numbers 1 and 3 designed onto it. Depending on the version of inFamous you are playing, Cole's outfit will either have a yellow-and-black colour scheme or a blue-and-white one. He has a shaved head with a light stubble beard, and speaks in a gravelly voice. Cole shows a high form of intelligence, and is able to logically deduce the outcomes of any actions he might take.

Personality:
Cole is very calm and collected.However he can be very playful at times.Cole is very intelligent in battle.Cole cares greatly for his family and comrades.He always comes to help if there is any trouble.

Background Info

Cole was just an average joe. He liked to do parkore and chill with his friend zeke. One day cole was walking down the road and BAM! An earthquake. Woah he thought that was strange. A few seconds later an after quake came. He continued walking to the grocery store. Just after he had passed an over pass he felt strange. It was all of a sudden hot.then it happend.
An enormous amount of pressure was dropped on cole and he fainted. Just before he closed his eyes he looked around and it looked like a bomb had dropped. When he awoke he was startled he was still alive. He looked around and noticed the humongous blast must have originated from him! Everywhere except where he was Was blasted away.he climbed down from where he was and walked by a power line and electricity just jumped on him. He was surprised because the electricity did not hurt him. He continued on and stepped in a puddle and it was like someone drove a nail through his head. He then decided he woul learn about these weird occurrences and ask lady tsunade. This is how Coles story started.
