    - Each fight needs to finish in 7 days, upon which they'll be closed and graded by RP mods
    - Arguments are to be done exclusively through VM (not PM or MSN). Moderators opinions can only be asked twice per match. If a member needs to ask for a moderators input, he/she must do so through Gobi Gobletsson, and not directly to the Moderators.

    (Tetsujō) Razor Wire

    Description: Tetsujō is a sentient, tight-fitting bodysuit that encases the wielder's upper body like a second layer of skin. Similar to Samehada in terms of function, Tetsujō shares a semi-symbiotic bond with its wielder, constantly absorbing his/her chakra, be it normal or abnormal, in order to remain sentient and functional. The main characteristic of Tetsujō is its ability to change the chakra signature of everything it absorbs. Through miniscule vibrations and fluctuations, the suit changes the signature of all the chakra it absorbs and injects it back into the user’s chakra pathway system in almost constant bursts. Normally, foreign chakra would disturb and disrupt the chakra pathways, but through the symbiotic bond the armor and its wielder shares, Tetsujō is able to function as a purifier of sorts, guiding the wielder's body through an almost instant process of adaption, though still altering its wielder's chakra flow. With its incredible ability to evolve, Tetsujō is also able to perform this process on unusual types of chakra. This constant process of change and evolution also serves to gradually, but continuously, change the wielder's chakra signature on a fundamental level. Generally, Tetsujō will render illusionists unable to use dual-layered illusions on its wielder. Furthermore, Tetsujō makes the user’s constantly changing chakra impossible to mimic. Through its continuous changing of the user’s chakra signature, Tetsujō also decreases the rank of all Genjutsu Techniques cast on its wielder by one rank. Finally, Tetsujō is able to harshly constrict itself around its wielder’s body for a short amount of time.
    If anyone but the wielder touches Tetsujō, the suit releases a harmful burst of chakra into the perpetrators chakra pathway system, ruining his/her balance and equilibrium for a short amount of time.
    With the ability to absorb its wielder's chakra, Tetsujō is able to repair itself, making it very hard to remove from the user's body.
    -Tetsujō cannot decrease the rank of a Mangekyō Sharingan Genjutsu.
    -Because of the fluctuations Tetsujō constantly causes, all Genjutsu techniques used by the wielder loses one rank in terms of strength.

    Wow, what can I say. I've gotten farther than I ever expected. I've surpassed my own self. It's more than an honor fighting in the finals of such a strong tourney. As you said we both know what we want and it's just about prestige of winning the tournament, so let's have a fun and entertaining battle and let's prove who's Konoha's tog dog. If the battlefield is on ice and the sphere bursts, spikes get frozen and become deadlier, dealing more damage on impact. Due to his mastery of Suiton, user doesn't require a water source.

    Hawke slowly draws a double-edged sword from its sheath and assumes a Hasso Kendo stance. A moment passes in silence before the Inuzuka suddenly releases a great amount of chakra into his blade, forming a shell of chakra in the core of the blade itself that spreads through the steel and streams through Hawke's body, serving as a forceful booster.

By focusing chakra all throughout the body, the user establishes an equilibrium between themselves and their weapon where the chakra resonates within , much like what is done with the Samurai Sabre Technique. However, whereas usually the chakra would envelop the blade, this chakra forms a shell within the blade itself, where the chakra can rebound infinitely and effectively resonate with itself; As it forms a shell of resonating chakra within the blade, it allows it to cut through near anything.     In reality, Hawke envelops his sword in a layer of wind chakra that extends the blade's reach by almost a meter. Using his newfound speed to empower him, Hawke pushes chakra through his feet and blast towards you with incredible speed. As he makes his way towards you, Hawke envelops his blade in yet another layer of wind chakra, which adds another meter to the blade's reach and reinforces the pre-existing 'bite' of the blade. With his skills as a Wind Specialist, Hawke struggles to hold the creation together as he swings the blade behind his back in preparation for his initial slash.

Seeing that you're slowly taking out your sword and making a step forward, makes me suspicious and I prepare for immediate reaction. As the chakra bursts and starts forming a shell around you, without hesitation, feeling threatened and not knowing its effect, I create 5 large ice spikes, protrude from the ground around and beneath you. 4 spikes come out diagonally, forming the base of a pyramid and merge just above your head, while the 5th spike protrudes, simultaneously, directly underneath you, in between your legs. The 4 spikes are somewhat, each, a meter away from you, to your sides, in front of you, to your left, to your right and behind you. As the spikes start forming around you, blocking your path and the 5th piercing through your body, I perform a single handseal, being a water specialist, in order to materialize a solid cube of water, around you and the ice pyramid. The water takes a brief moment before it completely freezes, after which I follow with a single handseal, releasing a chakra wave that shatters the ice and creates a large explosion.

    ( Hissatsu Hyōsō ) Certain-Kill Ice Spears

    Suiton: Sono Tenrai Kara no Mizu | Water Release: The Bliss of Water

    Description:
    With 2 simple hand seals (Snake + Ram), the user will materialize water within range of the technique, using the moisture all around the field and his chakra as a fuel. The water can be shaped into any given solid construct the user desires (like cubes, spheres, walls, etc) or kept as a raw body of water. The amount of water the user can produce is, at its best, about 10 000 liters of water (give or take a cube of about 100m3). However, the speed as which the water forms is always the same, taking a couple of seconds to materialize its maximum volume. The user has some control over the water while its materializing and once it materializes, but he can never generate enough momentum or compress it enough to actually do any harm to any enemy, even when he gives it a specific shape.

    Note: Can only be taught by Scorps

The amount of water the user can produce is, at its best, about 10 000 liters of water (give or take a cube of about 100m3). However, the speed as which the water forms is always the same, taking a couple of seconds to materialize its maximum volume. The user has some control over the water while its materializing and once it materializes, but he can never generate enough momentum or compress it enough to actually do any harm to any enemy, even when he gives it a specific shape.

    As the earth shift with your spears, Hawke sends a surge of lightning chakra through his right arm and slams it against the ground directly beneath him. Your partially potruded fifth spear meets its end first, being destroyed by Hawke's electric fist before it even makes contact with the ground. The rest of your spears shatters into a thousand pieces as the violent electrical discharge rips and tears the ground open before it rears and charges towards you. Though powerful, the real strength of this technique won't take place above the surface-level. Instead, the discharge travels through the ground, only surfacing as a great torrent of lightning pillars as it gets near you. The lightning pillars will, of course, skewer you should they get the chance to do so.

Simultaneously, I grab the hilt of my CEB, with my left hand, and channel wind chakra into it, in order to activate the wind effect, creating a thick sphere around myself. The sphere should protect me against the debris and in case the lighting goes after me. After that I quickly expel a large fireball, that travels towards you and once it reaches you, it engulfs you in a maelstrom of flames. After that I change the property of my ice chakra, in order to make the ice jutsus I release from this point, glow in a bright, blinding light.

If the hyouton technique is moving at fair speeds then the colours will blend into one, resulting in a bright flash of white light constantly emanating from the Ice until it's completely destroyed. The user, being accustomed to terrains with large amounts of weathered Ice along with bright sunlight is relatively unaffected by the enhanced flashes of light produced by the Ice.     As you launch your Kunais and channel wind chakra, Hawke, still under the effects of Shadow Star, disappears in a blur of motion, moving diagonally to his right in an attempt to flank your left side. The veteran makes sure to move outside the range of your explosive kunais. As he starts to move, the Inuzuka throws his blade upwards, letting Fenris catch it in his strong jaws while the man himself forms a single handseal. Immediately, the ground beneath you shifts violently as a great Samurai surfaces barely a meter behind you, its humongous stone sword already moving to deliver a skull-crushing, downwards-going slash.
    The Samurai would begin to appear around the time Hawke's Lightning Pillars slam against your Wind Sphere. After the sphere, before the fire technique; as we agreed.

    The moment I created the wind sphere and threw the kunai I notice you moving from your original position. As I see you performing a single handseal, the wind sphere cancels out and suddenly I feel the violent shifting of the earth behind me and I notice a shadow appearing from something that's coming from above. Knowing that I won't have time to turn around to see what exactly it is, I go with trusting my instinct and my hearing. Instinctively, with a single handseal, suddenly, a huge amount of water chakra is released from my body and it forcefully pushes everything away from me, including the earth wave. As the technique, reaches it's peak at short range from me, I maintain it there. Since I pushed away all the moisture in the air around me, your water condensation wouldn't work. A moment after that, I pull my sword from my back and place it in front of me. In a second, as I channel hyouton chakra into it, 8 same swords appear, swirling around me. As the swords appear, I release the water sphere and charge towards you, with the swords swirling around me. As I'm running I send two of them towards you and they count as a B rank technique. As I get in your reach, I swing my sword at you.

The user can also send from 2 to 4 swords at B Rank towards a target per turn. The ice swords, as they are transparent, are nearly invisible at a distance (Mid – Long) but still visible.
    - The swords can only be made in short range.
    - No Ice techs in the same turn.

A ring of 8 transparent ice swords will surround the user’s waist, constantly swirling over the user’s body, protecting the user from physical attacks. The user can also send from 2 to 4 swords at B Rank towards a target per turn. The ice swords, as they are transparent, are nearly invisible at a distance (Mid – Long) but still visible.
    - The swords can only be made in short range.
    - No Ice techs in the same turn.
    - Can only be used 4 times per battle.
    - Must be a member who has learned Glaicer Style.

    As you move to charge, Hawke slams his hands together in a seal, causing numerous sickles to form right in front of your feet, neck, arms, legs, abdomen, hands, etcetera. The deadly sickles materialize everywhere around you, though not in the area around and in front of your face. Your own charge should send you right into the razor-sharp wind, resulting in some injury, but your own momentum would only serve as a distraction as every sickle converges upon you, leaving you a bloody mess on the ground.     As the ice swords appear around me and I charge towards you, before sending the swords towards you I notice you performing a single handseal and I immediately stop running in order to anticipate the situation. As I feel the slight breeze even though I stopped I realize that you used a wind technique and that I'm left hopeless, without time to properly react. Knowing that fact, I follow my original plan and accept the fact that I have to take the blow. As the wind artillery starts cutting though my clothes and into my body, I send 4 swords towards you at great speed, with the power of an A ranked technique. With our distance shorter than it initially was, you'd have a very tough time properly performing a technique which needs handseals (chidori needs 1), in order to defend yourself, and would be left with 4 ice swords cutting through your body and piercing your torso and your neck. One of them pierces right through your heart, one through your right lung, one through your abdomen and one through your neck. Being that I had my CEB all the time in my hand, because I needed it to make the replica swords, I channel ice chakra into it in order to activate its ice effect and give a boost to the swords just as a last effort. As the swords cut into your heart and as I fall on my knees I hear your inuzuka dog hopelessly yelping from sorrow for his owner.

    Note: Effect can be used only once per battle and lasts 4 turns

    I'm in this thread again. I'm sorry for taking so long but the week has kept me occupied and on whatever time I am on NB, I have been left to resolve matters regarding this. First of all I know that the two contestants know why I only let Zero Kelvin reply to this thread, but I think I should be making it official. In McRazor's latest move he cuts into Zero's heart (Ouch!) and thus when the time ran out, us judges (It's just me really! ) were left in a situation where there are three options of how to proceed (Zero dying - McRazor winning, McRazor dying - Zero winning and the least likely option of them both dying more or less). With the help of our magnificent organizer, Gobi Gobletsson, we decided that it would be fair to let Zero have a shot of defending himself. Due to the request of the fighters, I've deleted the move he made to ensure that the fight would be more fair for McRazor.

    Now onto the boring part... Fight was overall magnificent, so kudos for both sides. Zero managed to keep pressuring McRazor who came up with most clever ways of defending himself. Loved the usage of Loathsome water by the way. As much as I'd love letting you both share the first place, I must declare the winner. I made my decision when Zero landed his hit on McRazor and he took the hit. I'm assuming that no one died but since you initially suffered more damage than Zero, he takes the victory. (Also as far as I know) Chidori Thunderclap requires no hand seals (but I could be wrong too).
