I step onto the lake and begin to focus my chakra through the lake allowing me to manipulate it i then have where your clone is start to rotate at a very fast rate i then increse its density and what not to add teeth to the forming whirlpool i then have it get larger which in the end causes it to shred you.I then have it collapse in on you drowning you.

to defend against a B rank fire tech could i use the whirlpool technique aswell as water drowning tech or water release hand of waves to move the whirlpool to make a large water sheild?it seems possible seeing as theyr both rotating techniques and a come from 1 specific point for the whirlpool it is the center of t which is a point so i guess it would be able to be moved right?

Yes, that should be possible. However, it would depend greatly on all how the jutsus are utilized too.

Okay, for this next jutsu, proceed to form the handseals of Ram → Snake → Tiger, and then release a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. Once released, it should fall upon my clone in the form of oil.
You can't ignite this though because you don't know Katon yet. How might this be utilized for?

I perform the handseals ram,snake,tiger and then shoot out a black flammable mist via my mouth.which then turns into a cloud .Once done so i send it towards your clone coating him in oil like substance.I then use a random fire tech to set him on fire.

in battle can be used to light up your surroundings,restrict movement and litterally put your enemy on fire.

as i create a water clone i then have it disform and go back into water from that i create 4 small sharp objects i then aim 1 at your brain 1 at your heart and 1 at each of your lungs.Killing your clone.

Now, proceed to dash up to my clone, releasing a flurry of kicks and punches that sends him into the air and then concentrating your water chakra with one hand, fling your arm in an arc in front of you, finishing off my clone with an arc of slicing water. Be specific.

I dash up to your clone delivering 1 kick to your right leg behind your nee and then another ifront of it breaking your neecap i then elbow you in the chest,wounding you forcing you to bed over i then bend myself and kick you in the chest with such for that you go up in the air rougly 5 meters.Once your up in the air i focus suiton chakra through my arm and then swing my arm at a slightly 55 degree angled arc releasing a discish wave looking slice of water which in turn cuts your clone in half despensing and killing it.

I focus my suiton chakra into the earth and have it move towards your clone.Once it is under your clone i have a pillar of water rise from it.Lifting you into the air about 5 meters.

uses of this in battle can be to evade a technique if used on self and to lift oponent into the air to if you are working in a group of 2 people.
Person A uses pillar
Person B uses chidori spear.but it goes above target so pillar fixes tht.

Alright, start with the ram handseal and then charge Water chakra into your dominant hand. Then thrust it forward in a forceful motion, releasing a bullet at my clone.

i make the ram handseal and then i focus my suiton chakra into my right hand.Once i believe there is enough chakra in my hand i thrust it foward releasing a bullet of water at your clone hitting it in the head dispersing it.
usefull in battle for a quick distraction and sneak attack.
