The dragon is of a considerable size like i said 5 metres by 2 metres it could possible be larger only time seen used is in a naruto movie.
due to such long handseals being required it will leave you open for your enemey to attack and kill.

I walk onto the lake and then step onto it.At once i begin to focus chakra into my hand.I raise my hand to about a 90 degree angle and create a orb of water from which i then bring out multiple wips which the block 5 of your fire balls missing only 1.I then try again and block all off them.i then carry the ball of water towards you and use the multiple wips to attack you showing its second function.

I make the handseals Monkey-rat-tiger-dragon-horse-dragon i then focus my water chakra and send it into the ground to raise a collum of water which i have shaped as a snake.I manipulate it so that its mouth is wide open sowing its fangs which i have made via changing the density of the snake.I then have it move towards your clone and arch its back up to get more height i then have it launch at your clone swallowing your clone after which i manipulate the snake into a river which takes your clone away from me and into mid range.

can be used as a measurement of getting opponent closer or further away from you.(close by having it done behind opponent)
and can also constrict movement and work well with water drowning tech.
