Now, proceed to first form the Dog handseal and then send your Water chakra into the sky to create a huge storm cloud that rains heavily upon the ground that easily gather to form a huge wave of Water that carries my clone away.
In the process, it also drains his chakra within the Water. Tell me the effects of this.

I perform the handseal "dog" and then proceed to send my water chakra up into thesky once there is enough their that black clouds begin to form i release it all in one go to makeit rapidly rain and createa huge oversizedpuddle that takes away your clone by moving against him.Whilest doing so it drains his chakra.

As itrains chakra is taken from oppoenent this might prevent them from using S rank techs or something im guessing.

Description: The user will first perform Dog hand seal and then the user create a large storm cloud, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain then turns into a large wave of water and sweeps the enemy off their feet. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. Chakra draining properties last for two turns.

Alright, proceed to take this blade and then jump into the air, aiming it point down towards the ground as you drill it into the earth as you release Water chakra all around you much like a huge pillar of water...

I walk over to you and take the blade you offered me.I then jump into theair whilst charging the blade with my water chakra.Ithen release it all in the form of a pillar like appearence towards the ground.drilling a good metre ortwo into theground.
Note the water is not smooth like a pillar though that is what gives it its cutting ability.

I charge my suiton chakra into my fists and thrust them outwards towards your clone. creating a spiraling stream of water wich hits your clone pushing it back and ripping/cutting him.

After performing th required handseals i send my suiton chakra into the lake and manipulate it so that i rises anbout 5 metres into the air and then comes crashing down on your clone.

When tech is midway up can be uswed as sheild of water.

Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra.

I walk over onto the lake and send my chakra towards him about 5 metres away i create 4 sharks from my suiton chakra that was traveling towards him.I then have them push him into the air from beneath him with such fericity and speed that his knees buckle and break leaving him no movement in his legs as it is too painful to do so.

This blocks kunai and shuriken could also stop some fire techs that aim at your lower body.
