Appearance:

Priest has short, spikey blond hair, bprown/tanned skin, green eyes, a heavy-set squared jaw, and constant stubble. He also has a large, wedge-shaped scar on his left cheek. In the first televised anime series, he was depicted with prominent, sharp canines, possibly to heighten his resemblance to a vampire and make him a symbolic counterpart to Alucard, the "tame monster" of the Hellsing Organization. Priest is quite an imposing man, being very tall (slightly taller than Alucard, who himself is over 2 meters in height) and lean with broad shoulders. He wears round glasses, a large grey cassock (has Purple trim in the TV series and white trim with blue interior in the OVA), grey pants (black in the OVA and white in the TV series), black boots, a black shirt (black with blue trim in the OVA and white in the TV series), a clerical collar (absent from both of the anime series), white gloves, and a silver cross (which often glows gold in the OVA) around his neck. On his gloves, there are inscriptions written across the crosses drawn on the back:
For the right hand, Jesus Christ is in Heaven
For the left hand, Speak with Dead (later changed to Speak with the Dead)
these inscriptions change sometimes, in Priest's later appearances his gloves read Iscariot Section XIII, the organization to which Anderson belongs.

Personality:

Priest normally appears as a calm and collected person; he works at an orphanage and acts very kindly towards the children under his care. During battles, however, he reveals a darker side.
Priest carries an obsession for what appears to be his "crusade," and compulsively quotes passages of the Holy Bible as he speaks. He is extremely determined to achieve his end, however he abhors the methods chosen by Maxwell to put it in motion.
In battle, he is merciless and almost unstoppable due to his abilities. He has a habit of hissing during fights, and often loses all control of himself much like Alucard. Despite this, he can stop himself and focus on his mission. He has a measure of self-restraint when innocents are caught in the middle (like tourists) or when someone has caught his admiration.

History

Priest was born in Kirigakure into a poor family, his father having being from a clan that uses PawPaw arts was a priest and leaving his whole life in the temple before he was assassinated by a group of shinobi who wanted to steal forbidden scrolls from the temple.
Priest grew up to be a strong boy and a talented and brave fighter then he attended ninja academy at the age of 6 which he became a gennin and at the age of 8 he became a chunnin. He became engaged in small mission so as to take care of his mum who was sick and who later died when Priest reaches 10 years in age.
Leaving his home town, Priest became a wanderer traveling from one village to another while training hard as he could. he trained harder in the wind and water element in which he learns mostly while on mission or wandering to hidden villages, mastering fuuton with Lili sensei and Sharindork sempai though at his hometown, kirigakure and learning suiton with Leaf sensei at iwagakure, katon with drizzy san at kumo. While at this Priest made new freinds among which he honed his skill fighting and learning new jutsu from others which happens to be sempais where he learnt and mastered raiton with Selendril san also at iwa. He also spends some of his time at Amegakure learning the art of rain.
Now preist set to learn his kekkei genkai which happen to be Paw Paw arts which would make him a true Bartholomew succesor.

Other Information

Lightning:
Because of his mastery in Lightning release, Priest can now perform all lightning techniques requiring handseals using just one hand seal.

Silent Killing:
Due to his origin (kirigakure) and consistent assasination mission and getting used to the mist. He is very skilled in silent killing and can see effectively in normal mist.

Weapons and Attires:

+++Under his long sleeved coat contains 2 bayonets made of silver as well as smaller blades which can be held between his fingers like claws
. The claw blades can be retracted from under his sleeve with ease.

+++Priest wears a spectacle which is always on even when he moves. And wears a pair of gloves which hides the Paw on his hands. However he removes the gloves whenever he wants to use Paw arts
