4th's hiraishin or FTG is space time tech-->self summon we can say. But it do not fits here, as I am talking about Sharingan. But as you mentioned it Kakashi said Tobis tech is more advanced than 4th's. It proves my point of Sharingan acting as a tool for Space Time techs...

Thanks...I am also trying to find out. But I have found some interesting infor on Byakugan providing space-time techs just like sharingan. It includes manipulating sub atomic particled and foresight...So working on that.
