I'm sick of all these theories about who Tobi is. It's Madara. Not Danzo, not Mifune, not Izuna, not Obito. Here's why.
Danzo is Inari's "Hero-Father"-

Mifune is just a traditional Samurai with different hair-

i dont think madara is danzo or tobi i think danzo has obito's sharingan i think thats way he needs kabuto to fix it because it was crushed bye those rocks and for tobi i think he has madara's power but he is not madara i dont think tobi is someone we have seen yet but why he wears the mask is because he is someone that other shinobi would reconize and the reason why i think tobi is not madara when itachi was talking to sasuke he told sasuke that madara was a shel of his former self and tobi does not seem weak to me
