It's fake. Ch608 spoiler will be released on Wednesday around 1:00pm IST, that's what the site I use says.
Btw it seems a novel about Sasuke Uchiha is released, but not by Kishimoto though.

What's the point of spoilers.. they only come out as soon as the manga is out in japan and after the manga is out in japan it only takes a few hours before you can read the damn thing in english.

i dont understand why ever week in the past 2 months or so ppl post fake spoilers. it says not to and it gives everyone who see the post count false hope. its kinda annoying. is nb really getting like this with all these new members? i see the same posts and topics over and over and over again each day. it wasnt always like this. really i guess im the fool for not expecting it or hoping things will get better. sorry iv just kinda fed up with it and need to see if im not alone.
